Online, Virtual: Leading Through Change
Change can feel unsettling. And as a leader, your team are looking to you for guidance and reassurance.
This interactive virtual session looks at all aspects of change – in work and in life – and gives you practical tools you can use to guide your team through periods of change.
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Announce change in a way that minimises uncertainty
- Identify how your team members are reacting to the announcement of a change process
- Tailor your approach based on their reactions to change
- Look after yourself when you’re experiencing the change you’re leading through
Resources will be provided afterwards for you to refer back to. You’ll be able to refresh your knowledge before leading your team through change in the future.
This session is online, so you can join from anywhere. But it will still be engaging and interactive. There will be opportunities to share your experiences and discuss how your team are responding to any current change processes.
Whether you and your team are facing large-scale change, or something smaller, this session will set you up to guide them through in a way that’s supportive and minimises disruption.
