Sarah is a hands-on Site Manager at Sanford’s Bluff processing facility, where she leads a hardworking team to keep things running smoothly – whether it’s production, supply chain, engineering, quality, or safety. She’s all about finding better ways to work, balancing business goals with looking after her team. In 2023, Sarah was recognised with the Ministry for Primary Industries Sustainability Future Leader Award for driving innovation at the site. Sarah brings a down-to-earth approach to leadership and enjoys sharing real-world lessons from the fast-paced world of fresh food manufacturing.
