Online, Virtual: Effective Decision Making

Are you feeling the pressure to make quick decisions? How do you make sure they’re the right decision?

This can be a challenge for people at all stages of their career. Decision-making is something that’s expected from all of us, yet is very rarely taught.

This interactive session looks at great decision-making, and teaches practical models you can use regularly to make quick, well thought out decisions.

By the end of this session you’ll be able to:

• Identify whether you’ve got enough information to make a decision
• Determine whether you need to involve others in the process
• Use simple decision-making models to make a decision by yourself
• Guide a group conversation to ensure everyone gets their say and agrees on one outcome
• Judge the potential outcomes and risks of a decision

 Resources will be provided afterwards which you can refer back to.

This session is online, so you can join from anywhere. But it will still be engaging and interactive. There will be opportunities to share discuss decision-making challenges you encounter in your workplace and work through how you can solve them.
