Say hello to NetWalking—a fun, laid-back way to meet new people while getting some fresh air!

This event is all about easygoing conversations and making connections without the pressure of a formal setting.

Don't worry if you're not a fitness guru—we'll walk at your speed! We'll have a walk leader for the fast-paced walkers and another for those who prefer a slower pace. Plus, we'll take pause breaks so everyone can mix and match along the way.

We get it – Stepping out of your comfort zone can be tough, but the Southland Chamber team’s NetWalking makes it easy for conversation.

Event Details:

When? Every 2nd Tuesday AND 4th Tuesday of each month.
Where? Meet at the entrance of Queens Park at Feldwick Gates, Gala Street, Invercargill
Time? 1pm. Leaving Feldwick Gates at 1.05pm SHARP giving you time to be back at work at 2pm.
*NEW OPTION = Now, participants who prefer a shorter 30-minute walk can join us too! We’ve designed a system to loop back and drop you off at the gates after your half-hour walk, before we continue on for our extended 45 minute walk.

Who’s it for? Designed for anyone working in a business who is keen to grow their network in a casual, friendly way.

What to bring? Wear comfy shoes, and bring a good vibe, and maybe a few business cards (if you want!)
