The Fiordland Business Association invites you to an exclusive "Pre-Season Training for Business" event with Nic Gill, the All Blacks’ legendary strength and conditioning coach, on Friday, 16 May 2025, at Distinction Te Anau Hotel & Villas.

Just like elite athletes prepare for their biggest challenges, businesses must also train, adapt, and strategise to stay ahead. 
This event is the ultimate “pre-season training” for business owners and leaders looking to sharpen their edge, prepare for challenges, and build a winning strategy for the year ahead.

About the Speaker: Nic Gill (Head of Health and Performance, All Blacks)
Nic Gill is one of the world’s most accomplished strength and conditioning coaches, having worked with the All Blacks for nearly 20 years. His expertise has been pivotal in keeping New Zealand’s top rugby athletes at peak performance, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for elite competition. 
Beyond rugby, Nic has also worked with:

  •  Olympic gold medal rowers Eric Murray & Hamish Bond
  •  New Zealand Track Cycling Endurance Team (Rio 2016 Olympics)
  • Chiefs Super Rugby Team (2003-2008)
  •  Air New Zealand (2015-2022) Health & Wellness programme (“Activate”)

As an Associate Professor at the University of Waikato, Nic continues to shape the future of sports science, mentoring PhD students in strength, power, and performance research. As author of “Health Yourself” Nic has also has a passion for health and performance.
