FBA – Annual General Meeting 2025

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Fiordland Business Association (FBA) will be held on Friday 18 July 6pm upstairs at The Ranch, Town Centre, Te Anau following our Business on Tap networking event.

AGM business will include:

Apologies
Minutes from previous AGM (August 2024)
Presentation of the report and accounts
Committee change over
Appointment of the Auditor or independent accountant to review accounts
Motions for consideration including: “Re-registers under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and undertake changes to the constitution to meet the new obligations”
General business
