We have 12 spots available for young employees in their first five years of work, turning early potential into confident, capable future leaders!

Our Southland Youth Leadership Academy runs for six weeks per intake on a Friday afternoon for a more relaxed learning vibe.
Please note that the fifth session will be held on Thursday 9th July instead of Friday 10th July due to Matariki.
