2. How do I pay for tickets?
Please DO NOT pay by credit card on registration. An invoice will be issued by the Ascot Park Hotel, and payment options include credit card, internet banking and cash.

3. Do you need to know names attending?
If you would like to enter our spot prize draw include your guests names when registering or you may email names to joanne@commercesouth.com once they are confirmed

4. Do I need to advise you of any severe dietary allergies?
Yes. We need to know all dietary requirements by 4pm Friday, 23 April.

5. What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, substitution are very welcome. 

6. Do I have to bring a ticket to the event?
No. Physical tickets will not be issued for this event.

7. Is it okay if the name on my registration does not match the person who is attending?
Yes.
