The modern day pace of life and work can create challenges which can impact our wellbeing at an individual level. This is why it is essential to prioritise self-care, build meaningful and real connections with others and find effective ways to balance the pressure, in order to not only cope, but to flourish.
In this one-day workshop we will look at the evidence-based fundamentals to personal wellbeing. We will explore the critical practices necessary to ensure we are not only functioning well at work, but more importantly, thriving in all aspects of life.
Our approach is to work with attendees on meaningful interventions that achieve the desired outcomes that result from a true lift in wellbeing, beyond fruit bowls, medicals and gym memberships.

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in improving their wellbeing through understanding the deeper layers of what affects it.
This workshop has been designed with relevance to all individuals, including leaders. At the end of the day, we are all self-leaders and need to be the change that we want to see in our teams, organisations, communities and families.

Rebekah Dawson is passionate about helping others develop a greater awareness and gain access to what they need to enhance their personal wellbeing both at work and at home. Rebekah is a Registered Psychologist with the New Zealand Psychologists Board specialising in mental resilience to better manage stress and avoid burn out. Rebekah’s background in psychology and psychometric testing provide a vast vision in how our position on the personal wellbeing equilibrium affects us on a daily basis and the blueprint to neuro-hack our system to combat stress.
Lisa Pankhurst has spent that past 12 years working with individuals in a high performance sporting environment. In striving for the Olympic dream it became evident, the importance of an individual’s personal wellbeing being the foundation for remaining emotionally clear, calm and focused in any situation. Applying knowledge from her sporting background, a health degree as well as a certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Lisa specialises in providing strategies for everyday emotional regulation and mindset transformation.
In collaboration together, Rebekah and Lisa bring a grounded dynamic that strives to help bring about awareness of our internal world, provide tools to boost wellbeing and the guidance to enrich one’s life in all aspects.
