Project Management – PRINCE2® Foundation Course – NEW
Receive the full PRINCE2® curriculum and recognised qualification. This intensive three-day Foundation course is delivered through presentations, discussions, exercises and exam practice.
PRINCE2 wasn't just made up, rather it is the collection of the knowledge of successful project managers. PRINCE2 gives you best practice advice on how to kick your projects off, run them, deal with things that go wrong and close them down when it is time to finish.
The course is aimed at anyone who needs a project management approach, a certification and to work effectively in a structured project environment. This includes:
- Project Managers who need an approach to help manage projects of different types and sizes.
- Project and programme support staff wanting to learn how to effectively apply a structured approach (PRINCE2) to projects.
- Managers wanting to understand their governance role within the project environment and its organisational implications.
- Team Managers wanting to work in a PRINCE2 environment.
- Individuals working on projects or as part of project offices.
- Individuals wanting to start working as project managers.
The Foundation course is intensive but you will be given a complete understanding of the method. At the end you will sit the Foundation exam, demonstrating your understanding.
The PRINCE2 Foundation Exam is a one-hour closed book exam with sixty multi choice questions. The candidate must correctly answer 55% (33 out of 60 questions) or more of the questions to pass the exam.
