FBA – Annual General Meeting 2024

The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Fiordland Business Association (FBA) will be held on Friday, 9 August at 5pm. 

AGM business will include:

• Apologies
• Minutes from previous AGM (April 2023)
• Presentation of the report and accounts
• Committee change over
• Appointment of the Auditor or independent accountant to review accounts
• Motions for consideration including: “Re-registers under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and undertake changes to the constitution to meet the new obligations”
• General business
