TDDA’s four hour training session is the most up to date Drug and Alcohol awareness program. It has been designed to provide advanced drug and alcohol training for a range of staff from senior team members to people leaders, giving them the confidence and right tools to successfully identify and deal with situations arising from drug and alcohol use/abuse in the workplace.

 Topics include but not limited to:

• Why conduct drug and alcohol testing in the workplace?
• When can testing be conducted?
• Who is involved in the testing process?
• New and emerging drug trends.
• How to actively manage your company’s drug and alcohol policy.
• Drugs tested for including prescription medicines and illicit substances.
• How to identify risks through behaviour and other indicators (signs and symptoms).

 *Content recently updated to include the use and implications of medicinal cannabis, new risk scenarios, and updated drug testing statistics.

All attendees will receive a certificate of course completion and exclusive access to the TDDA phone app. This app includes a reasonable cause checklist, case law and other valuable information which is regularly updated. This will serve as a valuable resource to assist in the daily management of your policy.
