• Josh McBride on solving legal AI problems in innovative ways at unbelievable speed. Aaron Kenny (Dairyworks CFO) on turning AI into real P&L impact, not a pilot, not a proof of concept.
• Four documents you take back to your board: a Stance Card, a Bets Shortlist, a Flagship Plan with a 12-week path, and a Cadence Card.
• A workbook you’ll still be using in three months. Printed, designed around the programme. Not a slide deck.
