About the FutureProof Business Academy

Southland business owners and leaders if you’re looking to future-proof your business and get ahead of the low-carbon transition, this three-part workshop series is for you. Join us in March for a practical, hands-on programme designed to help businesses take real action on decarbonisation.

Dates: Fridays 13, 20 & 27 March 2026, 9am – 12pm
Location: Great South, Invercargill

Across the series, participants will explore:

• The WHY: climatic impacts on business, benefits of reducing emissions, real-world examples of business leading the way and thriving
• The HOW: measuring your emissions, using a Carbon Tracking tool, identifying opportunities for improvement and impact
• The WHAT: building a tailored decarbonisation plan for your business, including reporting and certification considerations and practical solutions

Dates 
13th, 20th & 27th March 2026.
9am-12pm followed by a light lunch. 

Group
Maximum 8-10 businesses. 
Business owners and/or decision makers who are Southland based.

Cost 
$400. However, we’ve managed to secure funding for a limited amount of businesses – you may be able to attend for as little as $100 per person!
