- An overview of the legal obligations of Directors under the Companies Act
- How to successfully run efficient and effective board meetings
- Common sense rules for keeping documentation
This workshop is for SME growth businesses, startups and others, that either already have a governance board or are thinking of establishing one. There is value for founders, managers, directors and aspiring directors in learning about how growth-focused governance board operate, and how to get the most from your board.
This workshop will be split into two sessions over two weeks, and you will need to be available to attend both. These will be hosted over Zoom, however if you are Auckland based we would love for you to join us at the Deloitte Building.
