When a workplace incident happens, how you investigate it matters as much as the incident itself. A poor investigation means missed findings, weak corrective actions, and risk of repeated or more serious incidents. This increases the risk profile of the organisation and exposure to adverse regulatory, financial and safety outcomes.

This half-day, in-person workshop gives you a structured, practical process to get to the root cause of incidents and inform meaningful change.

Hands-on by design, you won’t sit through a lecture. You’ll work through a real investigation scenario, apply the tools, and leave with a repeatable process you can use immediately.

Angela holds a legal background, a Private Investigator’s Licence, and specialist investigation training from the American Association of Workplace Investigators, ICAM Investigation Training, and Civil Aviation Authority Occurrence Investigation programs. She has investigated serious workplace incidents across multiple industries and brings that real-world experience into every session.
