Workshop content
Peopleology has created the C.A.R.E. leadership framework and tool kit which provides a system for leaders to apply clear thinking to confidently develop a successful, human-led culture. 

The three-hour workshop will cover:

• Why a human-centric mindset is critical for leadership and your organisation’s success.
• Developing skills in impactful decision making & critical thinking.
• How the junction of strategy and culture is crucial for long-term growth.

The workshop will be facilitated by Kerstie Twiname and will be capped to a small group to ensure the conversations are relevant and that the session is highly interactive. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
