Webinar: Introduction to Strategic Doing Webinar
Join us for a 40-minute Strategic Doing webinar to explore a new way of turning ideas into action quickly and collaboratively. It’s a great opportunity to get a feel for the approach, ask questions, and connect.
Why attend?
Traditional strategic planning often struggles in today’s fast-moving, complex environments—especially when multiple organisations, communities, or sectors are involved. Strategic Doing was created to tackle exactly this challenge. Rooted in agile methods, appreciative inquiry, and asset-based community development, Strategic Doing helps open, loosely connected groups shift from endless talking to purposeful doing. Rather than creating a fixed plan, it guides people through four simple but powerful questions:
- What could we do?
- What should we do?
- What will we do?
- When will we come back together? (the 30/30 review).
This approach supports rapid learning, experimentation, and trust-building through action—making it especially relevant for the challenges we face in Aotearoa and across sectors. Think of it as a shift from “command and control” to collaboration and commitment.
