The Aeroplane Game – Lean Manufacturing Simulation

The Aeroplane Game© is a hands-on experiential course, designed to inspire and engage participants enabling them to understand, and experience themselves, how they can improve processes and productivity in their own workplace. The Game uses a business simulation to introduce several Lean practices to participants. The simulation begins with a little bit of chaos, typical of many businesses! As the simulation progresses, the teams face various challenges which improve processes and flow, by using Lean principles and techniques.
