The Aeroplane Game – A Business Process and Manufacturing Simulation

The Aeroplane Game© is a hands-on experiential course, designed to inspire and engage participants. It enables them to better understand themselves and how they can improve processes and productivity in their own workplace.

The game introduces Lean practices to participants using a business simulation that starts with a touch of chaos. As the simulation progresses, the teams face various challenges and as Lean principles and techniques are used, processes and flow improve.

This workshop is suitable for all role levels within a business that would benefit from learning Lean principles.
