The Beer Game – Supply Chain Simulation

Great South and Productivity People present, The Beer Game©, a business process and supply chain simulation that highlights issues that can arise in traditional supply chains. It does not involve any actual beer!

Best suited to managers that have responsibility for parts of a supply chain, this is a hands-on experiential course, designed to inspire and engage. It enables participants to better understand themselves and how they can improve and integrate an internal and external supply chain. Participants will gain significant understanding of the root cause of supply chain problems and will be empowered to make lasting change happen.

COST $250+gst per person.
