Since 2012, Export Southland (formerly known as The Southland Export Forum) has provided an opportunity for local exporters to discuss and share their views on relevant issues, offer networking and collaboration opportunities, promote export training and education and provide advocacy and representation.

Export Southland celebrates excellence in the export sector with the biannual Export Southland Awards. This evening is dedicated to recognising significant contributions from businesses and individuals. In addition to this event, the committee also holds an annual golf tournament and coordinates export based events throughout the year.

Thanks to ongoing sponsorship from South Port, Export Southland is available to all Chamber Members and non-members. This enables them to provide advice and practical solutions, as well as training and events for local businesses.
