A range of professional development training delivered
A great week delivering a range of professional development training at the Southland Business Chamber. We’ve hosted a two-hour Building Capability Design by Canva workshop, three courses designed and facilitated by Robin Rawson – Performance Management, Time + Self Management and Courageous Conversations, plus delivered day three of the Icehouse Business Owners Programme. And we’re not finished, on Friday we commence Intake 28 of the Southland Leadership Academy in Te Anau.
We look forward to welcoming Robin back to Southland in September to deliver Legacy Leadership. This training programme is a culmination of extensive research providing your new and experienced leaders with practical and useful leadership tools that will enhance all forms of decision making, delegation, communication and motivation. This comprehensive two-day workshop will equip you with the vital skills necessary for executing business strategy and creating highly effective teams.
