Datagrid: The Facts
Southland Chamber members recently joined Datagrid founder and CEO Remi Galasso and members of the Datagrid team for an open conversation about the proposed Makarewa data centre development.
Hosted by Chamber CEO Sheree Carey, the session addressed key community questions around power, water, environmental impacts, employment, infrastructure and the wider economic benefits for Southland.
A major focus was the significant opportunity the project could create for local businesses, across construction, trades, accommodation, transport, hospitality and professional services.
The Chamber will continue to keep Southland businesses informed, prepared and well positioned as further project opportunities become available.
