Essentials of Leadership
The Southland Business Chamber welcomed 19 local leaders to our Essentials of Leadership two-day training programme designed and facilitated by Mark Greaney.
This course is designed to teach new leaders the skills they need to effectively lead their teams. The course focusses on how to apply theoretical concepts to practical situations at work in line with the 70:20:10 model.
Leaders received an individual DiSC Leadership profile and a copy of Mark’s new book, ‘Leading People; A Practical Toolbox for Managers’ plus they will undertake two virtual group follow up sessions at two weeks and six weeks post the in-person course.
