Essentials of Leadership
Essentials of Leadership course is designed to teach delegates new to leadership (0-3 years’ experience) the skills they need to effectively lead their teams.
In March, Mark Greaney facilitated an in-company programme for managers from various ILT businesses. ILT said: “The program was tailored towards practical people and offered valuable insight into their leadership styles. It was a fantastic growth opportunity for the team. Thanks for facilitating the sessions Mark and to the Southland Business Chamber for hosting our team.”
Two public Essentials of Leadership courses were also held, one in Invercargill, and the other in Te Anau. We look forward to welcoming Mark back to Southland in August.
