An Incredible Day of Learning
First up, Claire Spencer delivered a thought-provoking session on understanding the dynamics of different generations in the workforce. Is your business prepared for the mass exit of the Boomer Generation in 2026? Claire highlighted that by 2027, up to 75% of the New Zealand workforce is expected to be comprised of Millennials and Gen Z, with the Alpha Generation starting to enter the workforce as well.
Next, Louise Evans led a practical and engaging workshop on Design Fundamentals for Canva. She guided us through essential design principles and showed how to create impactful flyers and social posts using Canva. Our members left feeling inspired and ready to elevate their visual content!
