Leadership Academy Alumni Connect. Mark Greaney

Leadership Academy alumni, participants and inspirers are invited to join us hear guest speaker, Mark Greaney.

Mark’s presented his topic – Leadership Skills for practical, technical and creative people – in a down to earth, pragmatic way. He explained that people are often promoted into leadership roles because of their technical expertise, but need guidance to get the best out of their staff.

Mark helps leaders better understand why people behave in certain ways and provides tools to help them get the best out of their people. These tools are practical and can be applied to all businesses; from farming and engineering to banking and accounting. Tools taught include: Understanding people differences, effective listening, how to give feedback and also the skill of having a great 1-on-1 chat.
