St John Mental Health First Aid Course

So awesome to finish the week with another PowerNet funded Mental Health First Aid course, hosted at the Ascot Park Hotel.

Recipients said they really enjoyed the day, and even some tears had been shed as stories shared. Tutor Kate said it’s amazing to see how emotive this course is and how much people take away from the day.
