Unbreakable: Courage, Leadership & The Little Things That Matter with William Pike | Westpac Smarts
Invercargill recently played host to an inspiring Westpac Smarts session featuring internationally recognised speaker William Pike.
Sharing his journey following the 2007 Mount Ruapehu eruption, William delivered a grounded and relatable message on what it truly means to lead.
His focus on courage, consistency, and the importance of small actions struck a chord with attendees from across the Southland business community.
Rather than focusing on big, defining moments, William encouraged a shift in thinking -highlighting how everyday behaviours shape strong teams, build trust, and drive performance over time.
The session created a great sense of connection in the room, with many leaving motivated to take simple, practical steps back into their own workplaces.
