Project Management

Project Management - PRINCE2

In partnership with Project Results, a new initiative for 2022 is the introduction of the popular project management PRINCE2® courses.

PRINCE2 wasn’t just made up, rather it is the collection of the knowledge of successful project managers. PRINCE2 gives you best practice advice on how to kick your projects off, run them, deal with things that go wrong and close them down when it is time to finish.

Why Project Results

The Chamber was looking to bring the very best training to Southland. We identified Project Results as providing both the highest level of service and very experienced trainers. Their trainer, Paul Sutton has more than 30 years hands-on project management experience combined with 10+ years of training delivery.

Project Results also deliver courses in PRINCE2 Agile®, Agile PM™, Better Business Cases™, Change Management, Managing Benefits, MSP®, MoP®, M_o_R® and P3O®.
