Structure and format.
The programme consists of three 1-day workshops occurring monthly, with the option to meet with an Icehouse business coach for a focussed one-on-one session to boost the progress of your business growth Plan.
The workshops are in-person, group sessions where interaction and learning from one another is strongly encouraged.
You’ll begin the programme by completing Centigrade™ online to learn about the strengths and opportunities for growth in your business.
Your coursemates
You’ll be joined by a small group of other business owners at a similar stage in their journey as you. Our programmes are not industry or region specific, so the room will be an interesting mix of people from different backgrounds and operating in different industries.

I found the training I received from The Icehouse to be the most influential, informative and practical in the way that it has developed me as a leader, business owner and governance professional. They have a huge range of resources and a highly experienced team to draw on and the delivery of the content uses real life examples which you can apply to your own business.
One of the biggest things I gained from The Icehouse courses was confidence - after spending time and talking to my Icehouse peers I realised that business owners don’t have to be isolated and I’m not on my own on this journey. For me, doing The Icehouse Owner Manager Programme (OMP) was a big decision, primarily around the two factors of both funding it and the time away. We have always been a high growth business, so surplus time and cash are not really a thing. However, to date, doing OMP is possibly one of the best decisions I have made in the business. The learnings are invaluable, not because of the content - but due to how it is delivered and the people that are sitting next to you - it gives you time every month to immerse yourself with people that are on the same journey with the same problems, all with a different lens that you can learn from. The outcome from completing the OMP for me has been losing the haste and re-activeness by working on the foundations of the business. I am a big fan!
