Breidi McStay is a Southland Business Chamber Board Member, elected in 2025 after serving as the Chamber's inaugural Board Intern for 12 months, a milestone that made her the first intern to move into an elected position. Her involvement with the Chamber has included presenting at BA5 and Biz Bites events, mentoring in the Young Enterprise Scheme's Spark Tank sessions, and completing the Southland Leadership Academy as a proud alumna. She is also a former Trustee of Active Southland.

As Australasian Marketing Manager for Windsor Architectural Hardware, Breidi brings strategic expertise in marketing, communications, and branding, skills she puts to work amplifying the Chamber's voice for Southland businesses and demonstrating its value to members and the wider province. She has applied the same business acumen to drive Windsor's international growth as a Southland business, successfully establishing an export market in Australia.

With previous experience as Commercial Manager for Rugby Southland and her current volunteer role as Marketing and Media Manager for Southland Charity Hospital, Breidi is passionate about building community connections through initiatives that make a genuine impact.
