As well as being multi award winning Fi Innovations Director/co-owner and a busy mum of three active boys, I am FI’s Business Manager. I juggle a multitude of tasks, ranging from finances and strategic planning to health, safety and quality systems. Having gained an Honours degree in Chemistry at Otago, I worked at NZAS for 13 years, initially as a Process Control Engineer, then in Business Improvement, where I specialised in Lean, Six Sigma and ISO quality systems as well as Strategic and Operational Planning and Sales and Scheduling.

I currently sit on the COIN South Board and am passionate about the opportunities for entrepreneurial business owners in this region. There are so many exciting new industries emerging in this part of the world and now is the time for businesses to think about how they want to set themselves for what will be a very different future.

Not one to sit still, in my spare time I enjoy adventure racing, mountain biking, squash and hockey, alongside family boating and walking our gorgeous spoodle.
