Business training

You can attend professional development training programmes from our multi-day Southland Leadership Academy, hour-long BNZ Biz Bites, to free online webinars.

BNZ Biz Bites

BNZ Biz Bites are hosted by the BNZ and the Chamber on the first Wednesday of each month in Invercargill, and on the second Wednesday of every second month in Eastern Southland.

The series offers an informal environment where you are invited to bring your lunch and listen to a topical speaker. The sessions are an ideal way to stay up-to-date on a multitude of valuable business topics such as strategy, marketing, team building, business technology, health and wellness, employer obligations, or central government legislative changes.

Exclusive to Chamber members, BNZ Biz Bites are free to attend.

The purpose of this programme, which is completed over multi-days, is to provide leaders with the opportunity to build leadership capabilities through their own personal development and by learning from the experience of others.

Exclusive to Chamber members, the Leadership Academy is for people looking at developing their existing leadership experience and who have the potential for holding senior positions and governance roles.
